Terms & Conditions — rafa88

The following terms carry the meanings assigned to them throughout this Agreement:

To register and maintain an account on rafa88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times you access the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. rafa88 enforces a strict minimum age policy and will verify age through mandatory KYC documentation.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction as defined in these Terms.
• You must be acting on your own behalf — registering or wagering on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary account closure request, whether placed by you or by rafa88.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or associate of rafa88, nor a member of the immediate family of such a person.

Each individual may hold one (1) account only on rafa88. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether identified by shared name, address, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any other identifying characteristic — constitute a breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, a valid and active email address, your date of birth, your Indonesian bank account details or e-wallet details, and a secure password of your choosing. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. rafa88 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials.

• rafa88 reserves the right to refuse or reject any account registration at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.
• All registered email addresses must be actively monitored by the Member. Account notices, verification requests, and promotional communications will be sent to the registered email address.

rafa88 requires all Members to complete identity verification before any withdrawal request is processed. KYC is conducted in accordance with international anti-money-laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer compliance standards.

Required KYC documents:

• Government-issued photo ID: Your KTP Nasional (Indonesian National Identity Card) or a valid passport. The document must be current (not expired), clearly photographed, and show your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official letter issued within the last 90 days, displaying your full name and current residential address.
• Selfie verification: A clear photograph of you holding your KTP/passport next to your face, taken on the day of submission.

rafa88 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Indonesian Members:

• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by rafa88 at the platform level, although individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation of cleared funds from the payment provider.

Additional deposit conditions include:

• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned where technically feasible.

• rafa88 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or hold any deposit that triggers AML monitoring thresholds or is associated with a payment method that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered Member.

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the rafa88 Member account. Cross-name withdrawals will not be processed under any circumstances.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Verified accounts in good standing can expect withdrawal processing within 15 minutes during staffed hours (08:00–24:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside staffed hours will be queued and processed from 08:00 WIB the following day.

• KYC verification must be fully completed and approved before any withdrawal request will be processed.
• Withdrawal requests where active bonus funds remain in the account will be subject to applicable wagering requirement conditions before the bonus portion is released.
• rafa88 does not charge withdrawal processing fees for standard transactions. Express processing fees may apply to same-day priority withdrawals as communicated in the Member dashboard.
• rafa88 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation prior to processing any withdrawal exceeding Rp 50.000.000 in a single transaction or Rp 100.000.000 in a 30-day rolling period.
• In cases where rafa88 has reason to believe a withdrawal request is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, the withdrawal will be suspended pending full investigation. rafa88 will cooperate with relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities as required.

rafa88 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• The standard wagering requirement for all bonuses is 30x the bonus amount unless the individual promotion specifies a different multiplier.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games contribute 10%; sports bets on markets with odds below 1.50 contribute 0%.
• Bonus funds must be used within 7 calendar days of being credited. Unclaimed or expired bonus funds will be removed from the account without compensation.
• Each bonus offer is limited to one claim per Member, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

• rafa88 employs automated systems to detect bonus abuse. Strategies including but not limited to low-risk matched betting on bonus funds, arbitrage wagering, and multi-accounting to claim multiple welcome bonuses are considered abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

rafa88 offers sports betting across football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup), badminton, basketball, MotoGP, e-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile), and other markets. The following rules apply to all wagers placed on the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. rafa88 does not accept cancellation requests for settled or in-progress wagers except where a verifiable system error caused an incorrect bet to be recorded.
• In the event of a sporting event being postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific sport's governing rules as published in the sportsbook help section of the Member dashboard.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to be paid out. A single void selection in a parlay will reduce the number of legs; the remaining selections must all win for the bet to be paid at the adjusted odds.
• Asian handicap (bandar bola) markets, over/under lines, and correct score markets are all subject to the odds and rules published at the time of bet placement. Post-event amendments to odds due to data feed errors will be investigated individually.
• Maximum payout per single bet is Rp 500.000.000 unless a higher limit has been agreed in writing with the rafa88 VIP management team for high-stakes Members.
• rafa88 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of match manipulation, irregular betting patterns, or the exploitation of a manifest error in published odds.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the rafa88 platform. Violation of any item in this clause may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one registered account on the Platform.
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorized payment methods to fund an account or request a withdrawal.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring of transactions to avoid AML thresholds, or using the Platform to process proceeds of criminal activity.
• Employing automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place wagers or interact with the Platform in a manner not available to standard users.
• Colluding with other Members, dealers, or rafa88 employees to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or manifest pricing errors for financial gain without reporting them to rafa88 support. Any winnings derived from known or suspected errors may be voided.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy server, or any technical means designed to mask your true geographic location.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward rafa88 staff or other Members through any communication channel.
• Providing false information during registration, KYC, or in any communication with rafa88 support.

rafa88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time and for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a written request.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other financial crime.
• Detection of a prohibited conduct violation as defined in Clause 9.
• A chargebacks filed against any deposit transaction processed on behalf of the Member.
• Receipt of a voluntary self-exclusion request from the Member.
• A directive from a competent legal or regulatory authority.

In all cases of account closure not triggered by a Member's own self-exclusion request, rafa88 will notify the Member by email to their registered address. Where a closure results from a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including both real-money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited at rafa88's sole discretion, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account in good standing may do so by contacting live chat support. A final KYC check will be performed before any remaining balance is returned to the Member's verified payment method.

All content published on the rafa88 platform — including but not limited to the rafa88 name, logo, graphic design, website code, game interfaces, promotional materials, written content, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of rafa88 or its licensed content providers.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit:

By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy in its current form.

In summary, rafa88 collects personal data for the following purposes: account administration and authentication; KYC identity verification and AML compliance; processing of deposits and withdrawals; delivery of promotional communications (where consent has been given); platform security monitoring; and statutory reporting obligations where required by applicable law.

• Interruptions to Platform access caused by maintenance, DDoS attacks, internet infrastructure failures, or circumstances beyond rafa88's reasonable control.
• Delays or failures in payment processing attributable to third-party banks or e-wallet providers.
• Loss resulting from unauthorized access to a Member account caused by the Member's own failure to safeguard their login credentials.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind arising from use of the Platform.

In any event, rafa88's maximum aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total value of funds held in that Member's account at the time the claim arises.

rafa88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its entire platform. We provide the following tools to all Members at no charge, accessible directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Session time reminders: Configure alerts after defined periods of continuous play.

Nothing in this clause limits a Member's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law in their jurisdiction of residence.
